At Kubebricks.com, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return items, and by law, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 7 days without providing a reason. You also have statutory rights in cases where goods are not as described, unfit for their intended purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting from the day you receive the item.

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, as described above, you can return most products from our site within 14 days of receiving them if they are complete and in an unused, undamaged condition.

Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not impact your right to cancel, as described above.

2. ABOUT OUR REFUNDS POLICIES

Before issuing a refund, please consider the following:

1) We aim to provide a swift solution for you. In some cases, after authorizing a return request, we may wait until we receive the item back from the buyer before processing a refund.

2) If the buyer returns the item to us damaged or in a different condition than when it was sent, we may opt to issue a partial refund. We will communicate this to the buyer beforehand to prevent any misunderstandings.

3) If we accurately described and listed the item, but the buyer no longer wants it, we have the option to not refund the shipping costs.

4) For damaged and defective items upon receipt, there is no need to return them, and you can still receive a refund for your purchase.

3. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

I want to cancel an order. What should I do?

1) Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been confirmed for shipment. If you still want the item, you can place a new order.

2) For shipped orders, sellers cannot cancel shipments in transit and out of our warehouse. In this case, you can return the items upon receiving them.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Refunds are applied to the buyer's credit card within minutes after a successful refund transaction. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on the buyer's credit card statement, depending on the processing time of the buyer's bank.
